We are often looking for new members to join our team who have the right skills, experience and mindset to contribute to our group.
If you are an experienced mountaineer with current rock climbing and alpine climbing skills, get in touch with us.
To be a fully operational team member, we require:
- Advanced First Responder (or PHEC) or 4-day advanced wilderness first aid
- Avalanche Risk Management Level 5 or the MSC Backcountry Avalanche 4 day course – now Avalanche Skills Course 2 (ASC2)
- Regular trips into glaciated terrain and grade 2 mountains within the last 2 years
- Lead trad climbing at least grade 16
Training will be provided in helicopter STEP loading and winch operation.
